The Berean Christian was one that always sort to search the Scriptures to see if something was so, to find out if something was true or not. "Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. Many of the Jews believed, as did also a number of prominent Greek women and many Greek men." Acts 17:11

What is truth?
The search for the truth starts with a desire. A desire to know the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. So it does and so He does. We start with desire. A driving force that will propel us forward in our search. That desire will be met by an encounter with the one who is truth. We will discover, as have mulititudes through the ages that truth is not a concept, an idea or a philosophy – but it is a person. Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life."
